Job summary

Intec Select is seeking experienced Learning & Development Consultants at Senior Consultant and Manager levels to join its growing People Consulting practice in the Financial Services sector.

You'll partner with banks, insurers and asset managers to design learning strategies, deliver large-scale learning and change programmes, and advise clients on capability development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Learning & Development or Learning Transformation projects within a consultancy or large corporate environment.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing or delivering learning strategies, capability programmes or organisational learning initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Financial Services experience (Banking, Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management) is highly desirable.
• Experience with learning technologies, learning analytics or digital learning solutions would be advantageous.
• Previous experience leading project teams, managing client relationships and supporting business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, facilitate discussions and present recommendations to client leadership teams.
• Produce high-quality analysis, reports, presentations and client deliverables.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposals and thought leadership.
• Lead client engagements, manage delivery teams, coach junior consultants and take ownership of multiple workstreams and project outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging learning technologies, industry trends and best practice to deliver innovative client solutions.
