Job summary

McGregor Boyall is seeking an Interim Learning & Development Specialist to support the delivery of learning, capability and development initiatives during a period of business change and growth. The contract is 4-6 months with hybrid working and four days per week in the office.

Responsibilities include delivering and coordinating learning programmes across the organisation, facilitating workshops, and managing professional qualifications and accredited learning programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven Learning & Development experience within financial services.
• Experience in a regulated environment is essential.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and programme delivery skills.
• Experience managing professional qualifications and development programmes.
• Ability to work autonomously and make an immediate impact.
