Job summary

Frazer Jones in London is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join its Recruiting & Talent Development team. The role supports the design and logistics of firm-wide training and onboarding initiatives, from interns to experienced professionals.

You will work with the L&D Lead to streamline processes, manage programme trackers, analyse feedback, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of Learning & Development experience.
  • Exposure to financial services or fast-paced environments is advantageous.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for firm-wide training programmes (internal and external).
  • Ensure smooth delivery of Learning & Development initiatives globally.
  • Support onboarding programmes, especially for early-career talent.
  • Take ownership of the full lifecycle of the internship programme.
  • Maintain and update L&D materials, platforms and trackers.
  • Support nomination and enrolment processes for training initiatives.
  • Analyse feedback and data to improve learning offerings.
  • Contribute ideas to evolve L&D programmes.
  • Provide ad hoc support across a broad range of L&D activities.

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable using MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
