L&D Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

My client is an established professional services recruitment agency focusing on supporting businesses to find experts within multiple industries globally.

They are looking to hire a third person to join their Manchester team to develop consultants from rookies to team leads.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, viewing L&D as a next career step.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching
  • Coordinate training administration, planning, and needs analysis with management
  • Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress
  • Support onboarding with proactive feedback to maximize retention
  • Manage training programs and analyze/report on their success

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of recruitment experience with success in billings/promotions
  • Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching groups and individuals
  • Extensive experience as a 360 recruiter or in training consultants in Business Development
