Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Location: Southampton, UK (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Company: An established professional services recruitment agency focusing on supporting businesses globally across multiple industries.

Role: Join their team to develop consultants from entry-level to team leads, with a focus on mentorship, learning, and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 1:1 coaching, and live call coaching

  • Support onboarding with feedback to enhance retention
  • Manage training programs, analyze, and report on their effectiveness
