Job summary

Blue Arrow in Arbroath is recruiting an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, supportive team. You will handle inbound calls, provide accurate information and resolve customer queries while delivering high standards of service.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Working Hours

• Working 5 days out of 7, including every second weekend
• Shifts operating between 7:00am and 10:00pm
• Candidates must be fully flexible and available to work across these hours
