The Human Resources group develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.

Learning and Development Associate

We are excited to be adding a Learning and Development Associate to join our Human Resources team in Europe. The L&D Associate is responsible for the delivery of best-in-class learning programs for the Europe region. The role requires demonstrated skill throughout the learning cycle to offer a seamless learning experience, drive engagement, and deliver impactful results. The role will primarily focus on the deployment and delivery of core global learning programs, particularly our New to ZS induction program and promotion milestone learning programs.

What you’ll do

  • Program management, workflow coordination and delivery logistics across various learning programs, in collaboration with global learning team colleagues and business stakeholders.
  • Lead the delivery of the New to ZS firmwide induction and promotion milestone programs in Europe.
  • Continuous review and improvement of learning program delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with the extended Learning & Development team to prioritize learning and development initiatives based on business needs.
  • Partner with local subject matter experts to customize learning deliverables for regional needs.
  • Develop communication plans and customize messages for regional stakeholders.
  • Support facilitator management activities related to sourcing, scheduling, material distribution, briefings, and feedback.
  • Produce virtual instructor-led learning sessions.
  • Help program participants to feel supported and able to focus their time on learning when attending learning programs.
  • Regularly review learning program content for accuracy and relevance, sharing feedback and suggestions with Global Program Owners.
  • Collect and monitor evaluation data/stakeholder feedback and develop improvement plans where needed.
  • Engage in team-wide initiatives to build team capabilities, community, and effectiveness.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-4 years professional experience in human resources, learning and development, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent projects and maintain attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to support large scale learning, development or onboarding programs. Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methodologies desirable.
  • Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables.
  • Confirmed ability to analyze problems and create creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with direction and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively across geographies and levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytic skills/comfort with data analysis.
