Role Overview:

Your role as a Learning and Development Advisor will be to support the development and retention of talent at all levels of JCB to create a competitive advantage and deliver the ambitious growth plans of the business. This role focuses on the Sales, Service, and Purchasing functions.

You will develop skills, knowledge, and expertise through initiatives, learning programmes, and people processes aligned with our growth plans.

This role is key in ensuring we stretch our employees and maximize their potential in current and future roles.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support the development and rollout of role-specific development programmes, ensuring stakeholders have the skills and behaviors needed for success.
  • Support the development and rollout of the Commercial Excellence programme for Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
  • Deliver and develop JCB’s Onboarding program to engage new hires early and enable quick contribution.
  • Coach and develop individuals and teams to build confidence and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and cross-functionally to influence others.
  • Design and deliver digital content alongside face-to-face learning interventions.
  • Facilitate face-to-face learning sessions.
About You:

You should be an expert in building relationships internally and externally, demonstrating resilience and effective problem-solving.

You will be a specialist in Learning & Development, ideally with experience in sales or technical settings, adopting a big-picture approach with timely delivery.

If you have strong stakeholder management skills at all levels, including Senior Leaders, and experience working in a global organization, this role may be suitable for you.
