The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D, preferably within a law firm or professional services, and be a qualified coach.   • Proven experience in a senior L&D role, ideally in law or professional services.
  • Experience in coaching senior management and developing assessment centres.

Job description

Head of Organisational Learning & Development

We are proud to be working in partnership with Charles Russell Speechlys, an international law firm to help them find a Head of Organisational Learning & Development. This new role will report directly into the Director of Organisational L&D and will be instrumental in leading programmes and initiatives that support the professional development of individuals and teams within the firm, whilst contributing to sustained behavioural change that will support the firm in achieving its goals and overall success.

You will be responsible for:-

  • Management of the internal L&D team of Learning Specialists & Coaches
  • Strategy Development and lead on organisational development programmes
  • Coaching senior management and Partners
  • Development and strategic review of Assessment Centres
  • Ensure best practice and continual review of the L&D function to ensure effectiveness of the learning programmes

To be successful in this role you must have proven experience of working in a senior L&D role, ideally within a law firm or wider professional services and be an experience and Qualified Coach.
