Are you organised, proactive and great at keeping things running smoothly?
We're looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This role would suit a detail-oriented individual with administration, coordination, or customer service experience who enjoys working with systems, data, and people.
Whether you're looking for your next step, returning to work after a break, changing careers, or building on existing administrative experience, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of our Learning & Development team, you'll help ensure colleagues across Affinity Trust have a positive learning experience by supporting training administration, maintaining records, coordinating bookings and responding to enquiries.
You don't need previous experience in Learning & Development to be successful in this role. We are interested in people who can demonstrate:
We are a social care provider and charity supporting people with learning disabilities, autistic people and people with other assessed needs to live active, fulfilling and independent lives. We work across England and Scotland and are registered with the Care Quality Commission and the Care Inspectorate.
Our values guide everything we do:
As our Learning and Development Administrator, you’ll play an important role in bringing these values to life by helping ensure colleagues have access to high-quality learning and development opportunities. Your work will help equip our teams with the knowledge and skills they need to provide excellent support and make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
Diversity is key to what we do. Life would be dull, and change slow, if we all thought the same way. We want colleagues who bring different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences, and we know this makes us stronger and better for the people we support.
We are committed to being Disability Confident and we guarantee to interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy.
We’re also committed to making our recruitment process as accessible as possible. If you need any reasonable adjustments at any stage, for example, accessible formats, support with the application form or adjustments for interview, you can tell us in your application or contact our recruitment team to discuss what you need.
