Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. seeks an experienced Lean Transformation lead to deploy comprehensive continuous improvement across business units.

You will guide current and future states, craft implementation plans, and quantify benefits, closely collaborating with BU leaders to embed lean practices and governance throughout the organization. You will coach senior managers, drive standardization, and report outcomes to senior leadership while advancing problem-solving workshops and training

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with a track record of high-quality outputs.
• Self-driven, autonomous with strong results orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior leaders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to interpret data, measure performance and report progress.
• Experience delivering Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven project/program management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Transformation deployment with initiatives and continuous improvement routines.
• Guide current/ future state, implementation plan, and value of changes with BU experts.
• Build partnerships with BU leaders to embed continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean tools and analyses to deliver insights and tangible benefits.
• Deliver performance objectives and ensure standards of Lean delivery.
• Coach senior leaders and teams on sponsorship and governance.
• Provide continuous improvement updates to Senior Leadership.
