Qualifications

• Proven experience leading CI/Lean transformation programmes.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing or aftermarket environments is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives across the UK & Nordic regions.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and eliminating waste and non-value-added activities.
• Support Service Centres and Field Service teams in improving productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Reduce turnaround times and improve process flow through data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement standard work, visual management and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop managers and staff in Lean thinking and CI methodologies.
