Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and delivering training.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end process design and optimisation initiatives.
• Proficient with digital collaboration tools (Miro, Microsoft Teams) to run workshops and enable cross-functional work.
• Proactive, innovative mindset delivering measurable impact in an education-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and training to engage stakeholders and embed continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Utilise data-driven performance monitoring to identify issues and support tech-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma practitioners supporting adoption of AI and automation to drive sustainable change.
