Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking an Operations Excellence Specialist to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, design impactful training, and optimise processes across the organisation. You will work with senior leaders to implement automation and digital solutions, driving measurable improvements in operational excellence.

This is a hybrid role with office presence in Whittlesford. The role reports to the Operations Excellence Lead and requires experience in continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering continuous improvement trainings.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to translate strategy into tactical execution.
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and training to engage stakeholders and embed continuous improvement.
• Utilise data-driven performance monitoring to identify issues and support technology-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma practitioners to drive adoption of AI and automation.
