You will own process documentation, governance and end-to-end reviews across multiple teams, embedding ownership and strong hand-offs while delivering improvements within time, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with proven delivery of improvements.
• Experience documenting processes to BPMN2 using tools like Visio or similar.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify root causes.
• Confident communicator capable of running workshops and aligning stakeholders across levels.
• Understanding of risk and control frameworks and implementing robust controls.
• Results-focused, detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Deliver improvements within time, cost and quality targets.
• Own UK Process Architecture framework; maintain documentation and governance.
• Review end-to-end processes across teams with clear ownership and effective hand-offs.
• Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement across functions.
• Engage with stakeholders to secure engagement and drive change.
