Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Process Expert to join EU ST ACES - Fleet Excellence, Sustainability and Risk Management, shaping the future of Amazon Transportation Services across the EU network.

The role requires hands-on process design, system and tool development, and change management experience in a startup-like environment, with a bias for action and a focus on reducing defects, delivering end-to-end improvements, and driving cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Mathematics, Economics, Physics or another technical field
• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment
• Travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Drive network level excellence by designing and implementing systems, metrics and programs that maximize compliance, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Build strong partnership with operations field leaders to identify impact of new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite.
• Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers.
• Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business.
• Support to improve the vision, content, and delivery of standard work and ACES Training program.
• Create benchmark standards and audit process
• Analyze and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.
