Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in North Wales is offering an internship for undergraduates to support supply and operations activities within the ISS team. The role focuses on enablement, reporting, and continuous improvement in wing manufacture projects.

You will participate in end-to-end projects, work with senior leaders, and gain practical project management experience while examining data to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studying for a business or related degree.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work in a demanding operational environment.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with Google tools.
• Proactive and well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Support lineside enablement teams and work with operations to gain process experience.
• Attend high level reviews and produce progress reports and KPIs.
• Provide support to ISS management team leaders.
• Lead improvement projects with end-to-end project management.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help build a robust risk and opportunity tracker.
• Assist with increasing build rates and future-proofing processes.
• Shadow senior leaders to learn day-to-day operations.
