We are looking for an experienced Leadership Development Manager to join our People Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll share the future of leadership at Trustpilot, creating innovative and high-impact development initiatives that empower leaders to thrive in a fast-moving, global environment.

As our Leadership Development Manager, you’ll design and deliver transformative programmes that equip leaders with the skills, confidence, and mindset to navigate change, inspire their teams, and drive performance. Partnering closely with the People Partners, senior stakeholders, and business leaders, you’ll embed strong leadership practices that fuel growth and success across our organisation. What you’ll be doing:

• Lead on the strategic direction of leadership development at Trustpilot, ensuring a globally consistent approach that aligns with our organisational goals.
• Design and deliver transformative leadership development programs that empower leaders at every level to drive Trustpilot’s vision.
• Collaborate with people partners and senior leaders to pinpoint leadership development needs and create targeted, impactful solutions.
• Develop resources, frameworks, and tools that instill effective leadership behaviours, mindsets, and practices across the organisation.
• Facilitate engaging workshops, learning experiences, and coaching sessions to build leadership capabilities and enhance our leadership culture.
• Address intricate leadership issues by leveraging data, best practices, and innovative approaches to create scalable, future-ready solutions.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate leadership development into our broader people strategy and business goals.
• Measure the impact of leadership programs, continuously refining and improving based on feedback and insights.
• Mentor and support leaders in applying best practices, enabling them to amplify their leadership impact.
• Be a go-to subject matter expert in leadership development, staying up to date with emerging trends and applying them at Trustpilot.

Who you are:

• Experience in leadership development or learning and development highlighting proficiency in leading transformative efforts.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable leadership programs that align with organisational needs and strategies.
• Facilitation skills, able to engage and inspire across all levels.
• Ability to solve complex leadership situations with data-driven, innovative solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of leadership development principles, frameworks, and emerging trends in the industry.
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams, regions, and functions.
• Skilled in analysing program impacts and refining approaches to drive significant outcomes.
• Meticulously organized and effective, proficient in strategic decision-making and managing a range of priorities in a fluctuating context.
