Job summary

Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead a busy engineering workshop for passenger vehicles in the Birmingham area. You will supervise daily activities, allocate planned maintenance, and ensure high safety and quality standards while staying hands-on with engineering tasks.

The role requires experience as an HGV/PSV technician or similar, Level 3 Heavy Vehicle qualifications, and excellent communication to motivate technicians.

Qualifications

• Experienced HGV/PSV technician moving into leadership and supervision.
• Level 3 Heavy Vehicle qualification or equivalent required.
• Confident communicator with ability to motivate technicians.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day engineering workshop activities and safety compliance.
• Allocate maintenance, inspections, repairs and breakdown work.
• Support servicing and diagnostics with the team as needed.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure defects are resolved.
• Maintain fleet availability and coordinate with stores and operations.
