Job summary

RH Commercial Vehicles is seeking an experienced HGV Workshop Supervisor to lead our redeveloped workshop in Northampton. The role is ideal for an experienced HGV technician moving into leadership or an established supervisor seeking a new challenge within a leading UK dealer group.

You will drive workshop performance, mentor technicians, maintain high workmanship standards and ensure exceptional customer service across our network. Overtime opportunities and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HGV Technician or similar.
• Experience leading technicians and apprentices.
• Strong diagnostic and technical knowledge.
• Commitment to high quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of a busy commercial vehicle workshop.
• Motivate and develop technicians and apprentices.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency and progress.
• Ensure work meets DVSA and manufacturer standards.
• Provide technical support on complex repairs and diagnostics.
• Promote health and safety in the workshop.
• Support training and development.
