Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leisure vehicle business in Ripley to appoint a Workshop Supervisor. The role combines hands-on servicing, diagnostics and repair work with people leadership, driving workshop performance and autonomy.

You will oversee a diverse range of motorhome systems, manage workloads, and help shape the development of a new state-of-the-art workshop and larger site while offering progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Foreman or Senior Technician.
• Strong practical technical knowledge and hands-on workshop experience.
• Experience within the automotive/leisure vehicle sector.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of the workshop and its performance.
• Lead, support and provide direction to an experienced team of technicians.
• Plan workshop workloads and allocate jobs across the team.
• Manage technician productivity and utilisation.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to manage the workshop diary and upcoming workload.
