Job summary

You will lead the creation of Design Guides, collaborate with design consultants and the Integrator, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with PAS3000 principles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical property design standards across multiple building projects.
• Ability to develop design guides aligned with government property strategy.
• Strong collaboration with suppliers, PMs and cross-government teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical property standards across portfolio.
• Prepare and implement Design Guides and ensuring the products complement and support the Governments wider design strategy.
• Oversee design consultants and ensure team support and their experiences are utilised.
• Lead on Workplace planning for diverse workforce and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead space optimisation and governance for all Real Estate projects.
