Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Work & Health Coach to lead delivery of an integrated Work & Health service. You will coach frontline teams, provide guidance, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support to help participants remain in work or move into sustainable employment.

Applicants should have experience in coaching peers, managing caseloads, and collaborating with clinicians and community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience providing coaching or guidance to individuals facing health, wellbeing or employment barriers.
• Experience managing a caseload and supporting individuals to achieve outcomes.
• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues in a professional setting.
• Experience in performance and quality-driven service delivery.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting people with physical or mental health conditions or disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Work & Health Coaches.
• Conduct observations and quality reviews of coaching practice.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and informal supervision sessions.
• Monitor team performance against service KPIs and outcomes.
• Conduct regular caseload reviews.
• Analyse management information to identify trends and risks.
• Ensure participants receive timely and effective support.
• Develop personalised Work and Health Action Plans.
• Support participants to remain in work or return to work.
