Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a WorkWell Manager to lead a locality-based team delivering health, wellbeing and employment support. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred services that help participants stay in work or move into sustainable employment.

Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, supervising staff, coordinating training, and partnering with commissioners, healthcare providers and community organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams delivering health, wellbeing, employability or community services.
• Experience managing performance, quality and operational delivery.
• Coaching, supervision and performance management experience.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and partner organisations.
• Experience delivering complex service in regulated/commissioned environments.
• Experience using performance data to drive improvement.
• Understanding of health, disability and employment relationships.
• Two A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma required.
• GCSE English Language at grade B or equivalent.
• Fluency in community languages is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Senior Neighbourhood Work & Health Coaches.
• Conduct supervision, performance reviews and development discussions.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement and shared accountability.
• Monitor service performance against KPIs and outcomes.
• Analyse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support the team to achieve referral, engagement and employment targets.
• Ensure MDT processes are applied and escalation for complex needs.
