Pay Range London Region - £26,300 - £33,500 Inside London - £29,000 - £34,500

Reed Wellbeing is a public services provider that aims to support people in making sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Since 2015, we have been delivering a range of evidence-based, person centred interventions and services, including: NHS Health Checks, Smoking Cessation, Weight Management and Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment. Our One You Kensington, Chelsea, and Westminster service helps its local residents live healthier lives and reduce their chances of developing serious illnesses. Our support includes guidance on moving more, being tobacco free, eating well, drinking less, and losing weight.
Health & Wellbeing Coaches are critical to the successful delivery of Reed Wellbeing’s world class, evidence-based health and wellbeing behavioural lifestyle interventions. In this role, you’ll support a caseload of participants by helping them identify and set realistic health goals and develop the knowledge, motivation, and skills needed to make sustainable lifestyle changes and better manage their conditions.
