Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process design across a programme of water industry projects in Wales and beyond. You will drive process models, mass balances and control philosophies, while providing technical assurance and ensuring client standards are met.

You will mentor junior engineers, identify innovative opportunities, and collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that meet whole-life cost and net-zero goals.

Formación

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related Process Engineering field.
• Experience with water and/or wastewater unit processes and design for wastewater projects.
• Hazop studies experience is advantageous.
• Strong clean water non-infrastructure experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process design deliverables such as process models, mass balances and control philosophies.
• Provide technical assurance for process designs and ensure compliance with client standards.
• Identify opportunities for innovation to improve life-cycle costs and net-zero drivers.
• Analyze site performance and develop mitigation strategies for risks to project delivery.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers and allocate resources for projects.
• Challenge Client specifications and defend solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborate with engineers, specialists and project teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
