Job Advert in Burton upon Trent seeks an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation at Quintus Park. You will lead and motivate a team, ensure targets are met, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Rotating shifts are 06:00-14:00 and 10:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and full training provided. The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to supervise workloads and

Qualifications

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and workloads.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and excellent housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of warehouse employees.
• Deputise for the Shift Manager when required.
