Job summary

Careerlink in Burton on Trent is seeking a Team Leader for our Distribution Centre (Ecom). You will oversee daily warehouse operations across goods in, pick/pack, and goods out, delivering efficient service while keeping safety at the forefront.

Role requires leading rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts, motivating staff, conducting briefings, and maintaining KPI performance. This is a full-time, permanent position with on-site parking and store discount.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams on a distribution site.
• Experience with NAVISION WMS or similar system.
• Proven ability to manage shift patterns and rota planning.
• Strong focus on health and safety and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on leadership with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day DC operations including goods in, pick/pack, despatch.
• Deliver daily team briefings on workload priorities and safety updates.
• Provide visible leadership, promote engagement and teamwork.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and customer service.
• Ensure accurate stock movements using NAVISION WMS.
• Monitor shift performance and take corrective action.
