Job summary

Osborne Appointments at Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent, seeks an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to manage a busy operation. You will lead a team, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure safety, quality and customer service standards are met.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, and deputise for the Shift Manager when needed. The role offers training, a friendly team environment, weekly pay and ongoing opportunities in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation. You'll lead and motivate a team, ensure operational targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Location: Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent
Pay Rate: £14.49 per hour + £1.64 holiday pay
Rotating Shifts, Monday- Friday :

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 10:00 - 18:00

• PC literate, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work on own initiative.
