Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics or automated operations.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Experience producing reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience using JDA or similar warehouse management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse stock team to achieve operational targets and service levels.
• Monitor stock accuracy and inventory performance across the operation.
• Produce, analyse, and present reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Coach colleagues to deliver results and maintain high standards.
• Work with JDA systems to manage stock and operational performance.
