Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Welham Green is seeking an experienced Warehouse Stock First Line Manager to lead stock operations, drive performance, and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will provide leadership, monitor stock accuracy, produce reports for senior management, and push continuous improvement using data. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential, with experience in JDA/WMS advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting to senior leaders.
• Experience with JDA or other WMS is a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse stock team to hit targets and service levels.
• Monitor stock accuracy and inventory KPIs.
• Produce, analyse, and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Coach colleagues to deliver results and maintain high standards.
• Use JDA and other WMS to manage stock and performance.
