Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Welham Green (AL10 8XF) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Stock First Line Manager to lead the stock team, drive performance and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor stock accuracy, produce reports for senior management, and collaborate across shifts using JDA and other warehouse tools.

The role is permanent, full-time with rotating early and late shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday, with a £33,000

Qualifications

Experience in warehousing, logistics, or automated operations.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience producing reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead stock team to achieve targets and service levels.
Monitor stock accuracy and inventory performance.
Produce, analyse, and present reports to senior management.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Ensure activities comply with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring.
Coach colleagues to deliver results and maintain high standards.
Work with JDA systems to manage stock and operational performance.
