Job summary

Tailor Made Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to lead a busy warehouse operation, drive improvements in performance and control costs. You will oversee goods in/out, staff schedules and KPI delivery, while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll develop the team, optimise processes and work closely with site management to sustain high service levels and efficient operation. This role covers day and night shifts with 4 on/4 off rotation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse supervision or management.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as fresh produce, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff and drive improvements.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, stock control and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for daily warehouse activities, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team with clear roles and accountability.
• Manage staff scheduling and labour to align with demand forecasts.
• Monitor productivity, costs and performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Produce and analyse reports on operations, finance and service levels.
• Oversee goods in and goods out to ensure accurate stock movements and timings.
• Maximise storage capacity and maintain accurate records of stock storage.
