Job summary

EA First Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead a busy distribution site in Lutterworth. You will manage an ops team of 30–40 and run two shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm), Monday to Friday, driving performance and service levels.

You will work with HR on ER matters, monitor KPIs, and ensure stock accuracy and health and safety compliance. A base salary of £40,000 with a 10% bonus is on offer.

• Experience leading operational teams in warehousing or distribution.
• Strong focus on achieving targets, productivity and service levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

• Lead, motivate and manage a warehouse operations team of 20–40 employees.
• Oversee daily shift activities to meet targets and service levels.
