Job summary

AIM Fresh Resourcing Partners Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join a leading fresh produce business in the United Kingdom. The role is a day shift, with direct leadership of a busy warehouse operation to drive performance, safety and service levels.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in warehouse operations, with experience in fresh produce, FMCG or manufacturing, and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in warehouse operations.
Experience in fresh produce, FMCG, manufacturing or other fast-moving environments.
Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
Experience managing labour, productivity and KPIs.
Full UK driving licence.
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and customer requirements are achieved.
Plan labour and staffing against sales, intake and forecasts.
Lead, motivate and develop warehouse teams, managing performance.
Monitor productivity, labour costs and operational performance for improvements.
Oversee goods-in/out accuracy and timely dispatch.
Maintain stock control, storage and warehouse organisation.
Ensure equipment is inspected, maintained and used safely.
Maintain Health & Safety, HACCP, hygiene and audit compliance.
Analyse reports and use data to drive improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth product flow and service levels.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes.
