Job summary

TLP in Stevenage area is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to plan and lead a team to meet daily workloads, operating on a 4 on 4 off days and nights schedule. The ideal candidate will have FMCG warehouse management experience and strong people management skills.

You will analyse data from the warehouse management system to optimise productivity, product flow and resource allocation while maintaining stock rotation to protect the brand.

• Strong people management skills.
• Ability to use warehouse management system data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and motivate using data from the warehouse management system and internal policies.
• Analyse information to improve productivity, product flow, resource allocation, planning and scheduling.
• Maintain high stock rotation to protect the brand quality.
• Train and develop the team including performance reviews.
• Manage performance and attendance including return-to-work and disciplinaries.
