Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd seeks a hands-on Site Manager to oversee the installation of warehouse racking systems and mezzanine flooring on site. You will coordinate installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe, on-time delivery in line with project specifications and programme requirements.

Applicants should have a strong construction background, excellent organisational skills, and experience managing specialist installation works in warehouse or industrial

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager or Installation Manager in construction, warehouse fit-out or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and site health and safety responsibilities.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and coordinating subcontractors.
• Experience working on warehouse, distribution centre or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of structural steelwork and raised access or storage platforms.
• First Aid at Work qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of warehouse racking systems and mezzanine floors.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is safe, on time and to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and site safety requirements.
• Review RAMS and coordinate subcontractors and installation teams.
• Coordinate deliveries and site logistics; conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress against programme and report delays or issues.
• Liaise with client, principal contractor, project team and site stakeholders.
