Job summary

Rullion is seeking a capable Site Manager to lead electrical installation projects across multiple client sites in the UK. You will oversee safety, quality, time and specification, coordinating multi-disciplined teams and subcontractors to deliver on plan.

The role requires solid knowledge of electrical installation practices, CDM 2015 and BS 7671 (18th edition), with strong leadership and travel willingness for site deployments. This is an on-site, full-time position with UK-wide sites.

Qualifications

• Experienced site manager with electrical and small mechanical background and ability to read drawings.
• Proven ability to lead a multi-discipline site team and coordinate subcontractors.
• Knowledge of UK safety, quality and regulatory standards on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Protection, Control, Automation and Electrical installations at client sites.
• Supervise installation subcontractors carrying out mechanical and electrical works.
• Ensure safe, on-time and quality delivery in line with specifications.
• Develop and review documentation such as safety plans, risk assessments and method statements.
