Job summary

MiTek Industries, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to take responsibility for the safe, compliant delivery of structural steel mezzanine installations from mobilisation through to handover.

Lead on-site operations, manage labour and subcontractors, and ensure works meet design, safety, and programme targets. Drive health, safety, and quality, coordinate with design/production/logistics, monitor costs and risks, and report weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and on-site management experience.
• Proven experience in site-based management for structural steel/mezzanine installations.
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent) and CSCS Black Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and manage labour/subcontractors.
• Oversee programme, sequencing and look-ahead planning.
• Ensure CDM compliance and safety culture across site.
