Job summary

MiTek is seeking a Site Manager to take full responsibility for the safe, compliant, and commercially successful delivery of structural steel mezzanine floor installations from site mobilisation through to practical completion and handover.

You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, control the programme, budget, and quality, and maintain a proactive safety culture while coordinating with design, production, and logistics to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of installation teams on site.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
• Ability to manage programme, budget and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead representative on site with full control of day-to-day operations.
• Ensure installations meet design, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align site activities.
• Manage labour, subcontractors and site documentation.
