Job summary

Whistl Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor at our Lutterworth depot. You will lead a team of operatives, coordinate all daily activities, and drive productivity while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires strong organisational skills to maintain high performance across shifts. You will oversee resource planning, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with SOPs and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced warehouse/distribution/logistics environments.
• Highly organised, hands-on, and proactive in coordinating daily warehouse operations.
• Commitment to productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse operatives and coordinate all activities in the warehouse.
• Plan resource allocation and throughput to meet service level agreements.
• Brief/debrief daily, delegate tasks, and manage attendance and performance.
