Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to lead all aspects of warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, leadership development, and continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in distribution leadership, strong WMS and inventory control knowledge, and a proven ability to manage KPIs and large teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
• Proven track record managing supervisors, managers, and large hourly workforces.
• Strong understanding of WMS, inventory control, and distribution operations.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, labor productivity, and customer service metrics.
• Proven ability to lead through change and drive CI initiatives.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily distribution center operations including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and transport coordination.
• Develop and lead supervisors and teams to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and service goals.
• Manage labor planning, staffing levels, and resources to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts and audits.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and development across the facility.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to meet service commitments.
• Lead investigations and resolution of operational issues and customer concerns.
• Drive cost control, productivity, and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OSHA regulations, and procedures.
• Oversee budget, labor utilization, and operating expenses.
