Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Head Waiter to lead a section, mentor staff and deliver warm, genuine service. You will ensure high standards of preparation, knowledge and presentation while maintaining guest relationships and smooth service during busy periods.

You will collaborate with the Outlet Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, supporting briefings and training to uphold Rosewood's service culture and standards.

Qualifications
