Job summary

Matalan is seeking a VM Manager to deliver high visual merchandising standards across the store, ensuring compelling product presentation and a positive customer journey.

You will lead in-store displays, coordinate seasonal launches, coach team members and maintain planogram integrity while balancing commercial needs with brand guidelines. The role requires strong Photoshop, InDesign and office software skills and a collaborative approach to drive sales and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Proficiency with design and office software.
• Ability to interpret commercial priorities into displays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver VM standards across departments in line with guidelines and reflect brand visuals.
• Plan seasonal launches and visual changes for timely implementation.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Regional VM to align priorities with performance.
• Coach and develop store colleagues to build visual capabilities and maintain standards.
• Maintain planogram integrity and balance commercial needs with brand standards.
