Job summary

Matalan in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive VM Manager to lead high-standard visual merchandising across the store network. You will ensure brand consistency and align displays with commercial priorities to enhance the customer journey.

You will collaborate with store leadership to drive sell-through while coaching teams in visual merchandising techniques, maintaining premium presentation and planogram integrity across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high visual merchandising standards across a multi-department store.
• Ability to plan seasonal launches and visual changes with commercial priorities.
• Strong collaboration with Store Manager and regional teams to drive sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive visual merchandising standards across all store departments per company guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate seasonal launches, campaigns and visual changes.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Regional Visual Manager to align priorities with performance and commercial goals.
• Coach and develop store colleagues and VM advisors to build visual capabilities and maintain high standards.
• Oversee in-store POS activity, ensuring timely execution across stores.
