Overview

Lead Veterinary Surgeon - West Yorkshire

Well-established practice in a popular, historical market town in West Yorkshire with state-of-the-art facilities including diagnostic imaging, dental facilities with radiography, and an in-house laboratory.

Salary up to £75,000 DOE with relocation support and a generous benefits package including life assurance, a paid sabbatical, and support for Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa.

You will join an experienced and supportive team and provide clinical leadership to deliver exceptional care to patients and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality veterinary care during consultations and procedures.
  • Demonstrate clinical leadership within the practice and collaborate with the Practice Manager to maximise clinical and commercial performance.
  • Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients, including updates on patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Work with a full Nursing team, Client Care team, and newly appointed Practice Manager to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to service development and maintain the practice’s state-of-the-art facilities and workflows.
Requirements
  • RCVS registered and eligible to work in the UK.
  • Experience leading a small animal practice or team and a track record of delivering excellent patient care and client service.
  • Willingness to contribute to business development and relationship-building with clients to grow the client base.
