Hawk Hiring in Lewes is seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join our busy workshop. You will lead front-of-house operations, manage workshop flow, and ensure exceptional customer service while supporting branch expansion.

You will bring strong leadership, MOT familiarity, and a track record in garage management. The role offers a lucrative salary of £32,500–£35,000 with strong OTE, full-time hours including Saturdays, and a supportive, family-run culture.

Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with great leadership skills looking to step into a key role with an established, growing group? Based at our highly successful workshop in Lewes, incredible family benefits, and a direct path to involved site expansion.

We are a premier independent garage group operating 18 branches across the South East, spanning from Wiltshire to Kent. Our Lewes location is a well-established, fast-growing hub covering Class 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7 MOTs alongside routine servicing and complex mechanical diagnostics. Salary: £32,500 to £35,000 per year plus a Strong OTE.

Hours: Full-time, including 26 Saturdays per year

What you will be doing:

• Managing customer front-of-house interactions, scheduling workshop flow, and delivering exceptional customer standards.
• Leading daily branch performance, upholding organized processes, and maintaining high standards of workmanship across all MOT classes and servicing work.
• Utilizing your automotive knowledge to clearly explain repair work, diagnostics, and MOT recommendations to customers.
• Playing an active leadership role in supporting upcoming branch expansion plans and operational growth.
• Requirements: Performance-driven mindset, familiarity with the MOT scheme, strong process management skills, and ideally 5 years of garage management experience.

This role is based in Lewes, making it an easy commute from Brighton, Eastbourne, Burgess Hill, and Uckfield.
