Job summary

Saab UK in Fareham seeks an Integration Team Lead to head the team responsible for assembling and integrating remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment, ensuring projects meet quality and delivery targets.

The role requires proven leadership in a fast-paced production environment, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. On‑site role with potential offshore support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced production/assembly team.
• HNC or HND in Electronics or related field.
• Strong communication and team leadership; fibre optic testing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and in line with delivery schedules.
• Provide offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
• Support continual improvement and 6S health and safety practices.
• Interpret designs and electrical drawings to assemble and test prototypes.
• Maintain professional relationships with other departments to meet objectives.
