Job summary

Saab UK, Fareham, is seeking an Integration Team Lead to coordinate the assembly, integration and testing of underwater robotic systems. You will lead a fast-paced team ensuring compliance with customer specifications and delivery schedules.

You will oversee offsite commissioning, fault finding and support; maintain safety standards, document change requests, and drive continuous improvement across the engineering function.

Qualifications

• Must have proven team leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience with fibre optic termination and testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integration Team in assembling and testing remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Oversee assembly work to meet customer configuration documents and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
• Facilitate fault finding and repairs, reporting issues in the proper format.
• Interpret designs and electrical drawings to assemble prototypes and test systems.
