Job summary

Kwalee’s Leamington Spa studio is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to steer UA across a portfolio of mobile titles. You’ll lead a team of UA Managers, own the growth strategy, and partner with creative and analytics to drive profitable scale.

This on-site role offers a collaborative, high-impact environment where performance informs every decision. You’ll shape campaigns, manage budgets, and deliver ROAS targets while mentoring teammates and aligning with product teams.

Qualifications

• Senior UA experience in mobile games with profitable scale across ad networks and social channels.
• Experience leading or mentoring UA Managers.
• Strong grasp of ROAS, payback, LTV and cohort analysis in privacy-first world.
• Love of creative testing and understanding what makes an ad win across channels.
• Ability to justify every budget decision in pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set UA strategy across games and channels and optimize spend efficiency.
• Lead and coach UA Managers with clear ownership of their games.
• Identify games with profitable scale and move quickly when needed.
• Collaborate with analytics on targets and challenge numbers when needed.
• Coordinate with creative/analytics teams for steady ad testing and scaling.
• Run market tests for new game ideas to spot winners early.
• Communicate market feedback to producers, product, and monetisation.
